In the last two years MPC Capital sold of large parts off their real estate portfolios in Europe and America and took advantage of the yield compression in those markets. By the end of December 2006 more then 260 funds with an investment volume exceeding USD 18.5 billion have been established. 95 of the funds are property funds, investing in seven countries, with a total investment volume of more then USD 7 billion. That are 290 individual real estate projects with over two millions square metres of rentable space. |
