The joint venture partners then will transform promising projects into closed end retail funds and market them internationally. In what has so far been the privy of institutional investors, these funds will, for the very first time, give private retail investors in Europe access to the domestic Indian real estate market. This will open up a whole new market for foreign direct investments. |
