MPC Synergy Real Estate SA is a joint venture between MPC Capital AG of Germany and Synergy Asset Management SA of Switzerland. As such it is ideally poised to gain access to India's emerging real estate market. The company will maintain branches in Zurich, Geneva and New Delhi.
The business will be managed and implemented by an experienced real estate team in India. This entrepreneurial step will pool the expertise and the networks of MPC Capital AG and Synergy Asset Management SA.
The objective of the joint venture is to gain access to investment opportunities in the highly promising Indian market, to develop customised capital investments through joint ventures with Indian developers and to market these investments through the two companies. |
